Rights of the data subject

You have the right:

  • to request information about the personal data processed by us under Art. 15 of the GDPR.   • in accordance with Art. 17 of the GDPR, to demand the deletion of personal data stored by us, unless its processing is required for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for fulfilling a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • in accordance with Art. 18 of the GDPR, to demand the restriction of processing of your personal data in cases where the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, where the processing of data is unlawful but you object to its deletion, where we no longer need the data, but you require it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or where you have objected to processing in accordance with Art. 21 of the GDPR;
  • in accordance with Art. 20 of the GDPR, to receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, current and machine-readable format, or to request its transfer to another data controller;
  • in accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you;
  • in accordance with Art. 7 (3) of the GDPR, to revoke the consent provided to us at any time. As a result, we would no longer be allowed to continue the processing of data based on this consent, and;
  • in accordance with Art. 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy. As a general rule, a data subject may contact the supervisory authority of their usual place of residence or work or the place of the alleged violation if they believe that the processing of personal data concerning them is contrary to the GDPR.

 

Right to information and right to rectification, blocking, deletion or objection

Upon written request, we will provide information to you about the personal data we store about you. You also have the right to have this data rectified, blocked or deleted or to object to its processing.
